At Mount Zion we value your feedback. Our primary goal is to provide the best service to you. We welcome your comments or suggestions about your online streaming broadcast experience. Your feedback will help us to serve you better in the future, so please let us know how we can improve our services.
We also want to assist you with issues you may be having on your device. Below are a few suggestions to try:
Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, try Firefox or Google Chrome. If it works, then it may be an update to your system is needed, or try reinstalling Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash. Adobe Flash must be installed and updated on all browsers in order for you to stream properly.
The early versions of Internet Explorer do not automatically update when security or streaming protocol changes. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer which is currently IE 11.06. Google Chrome & Firefox automatically update. Our current recommendation is Google Chrome.
Also try another device, smartphone or tablet. Our broadcasts works on almost every internet connected video device made within the last 4 years. If all of your devices are using the same connection (WiFi, DSL), then try restarting your WiFi or DSL router. There are times these devices slow down due to long run times. Test your download speed by visiting http://speedtest.net
We strongly recommend a download speed of 5Mbps in order to have a smooth online streaming experience. Please contact your local internet service provider (ISP) to ensure that you have sufficient bandwidth to stream any online broadcast.
Also, please ensure that you do not have multiple windows open on your device. This will also slows down the memory on your device and cause it to work intermittently when streaming.
