FREE HEALTH FAIR

Mount Zion will host a FREE health fair and access to the NC A&T “All Of Us” Mobile Enrollment Center which is a hands-on experience to build awareness and excitement about the All of Us Research Program, supported by the National Institutes of Health. This will take place on the chapel side parking lot on Friday, November 8th from 10AM-4PM. Services being offered:

  1. Healthy aging information
  2. Dementia warning Signs
  3. Brain health games
  4. Diabetes risk assessments
  5. Blood pressure screening
  6. Blood glucose testing
  7. Diabetes education
  8. Blood pressure screening
  9. Mental health education
  10. Education and prevention of common cancers that affect African Americans
  11. Weight and Body Mass Index measurements
  12. Physical activity/exercise games
  13. Nutrition information
