Clergy Appreciation Month reminds us how to appreciate the work of ministers, and pastors. As you know, they labor in love for all of us daily.  You can express your love and appreciation for them by text, email, gifts and monetary love kindnesses or whatever your heart desires.  October is clergy appreciation month, let's show appreciation.

 

Mount Zion Is Hiring

Our Helping Hands Ministry is seeking someone who can assist with our food pantry. This person will be responsible for sorting, packing, lifting and loading boxes for families in the community. Mount Zion Church Higher Education Resource Ministry is proud to announce its partnership with the College Foundation of North Carolina, Guilford County Schools Counseling Services, and shift_ed for the much-anticipated Inaugural HBCU College Fair!"  It's a powerhouse team joining forces to bring you an unforgettable experience."

Mount Zion Scholarships

Attention all high school Seniors and non-traditional adults entering college this fall,  the Mount Zion Scholarship Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now available on the website.The G.W. Brooks Scholarship is designated for Mount Zion high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 and above.  The Bryan J. Pierce Community Outreach Scholarship is designed for community residents with a need.  The Jubilee Scholarship is for adults who are seeking to further their education.  The criteria, requirements, and deadline dates vary so make sure you find the one that is right for you and apply today.
