Monica Walker serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Office of the Bishop, providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules and coordinating communications. This role acts as a central point of coordination between the Lead Pastor/CEO, Operations Team, council members, ministry leaders, congregation and community at large. By anticipating needs, maintaining confidentiality, and managing key priorities, Monica enables the Bishop Pierce to focus on leadership, decision-making, and organizational impact.
